Alistar automatically joins you at Ostagar and stays with you for rest of the game regardless of what you do except for one act which well you'll see if you do it. Some good acts will lose influence with her. Don't insult her in conversation and you'll be fine. Romance only by Male PC. He will force his way into the group in Orzammar and stays with you when you leave. If he says to leave him alone in camp do so for a modest influence gain.
Be nice in conversations Ohgren is a bit slow at getting his point across. One of the harder characters to max as there aren't a lot of gifts out there and he seems to be unaffected by the PCs decisions in game play. Tell her she's useful and be agreeable to earn influence in conversation. Another inconsistent character she will fight against you if you take her to the anvil of the void and side with Branka.
