Thanks, Vividseats, for pleasantly surprising me. Buying tickets via this company is like throwing the money into a black hole.

They are not transparent with all the fee cost upfront. The fees ended up cost as much as the tickets. Big scammer. Stay away from Vivid Seats site. Buy it directly from Ticketmaster. Customer service said all they could to is initiate a reroute of the ticket to our Hotel. Come to find out, I have to trust that the person who took 2 days to send them after my purchase would have to be the one responsible enough to initiate the reroute. As expected, they cannot be rerouted at this point and will be here by pm on Oct 29 for the pm game on Oct 30th.

Which again does me no good. When I told them I would dispute the claim they tried to intimidate me with their terms and how long a dispute would take. Vivid Seats is a heartless company!!!! I recently attended a Rolling Stones concert in Charlotte. I went to purchase ONE parking space through their website. The quantity counter was stuck at I've reached out to them repeatedly and they have claimed that they do not do the right thing and refund for human error. This is the worst company there can be to buy tickets.

Please if you don't want to waste your time and money look for a reliable company. At this time I made a claim with my bank for fraud in this place. I paid 2 tickets for a concert more than dollars and They never came, I called several times and they treated me very badly, they told me to queue at the concert until my tickets arrived in the mail, this is stupid, my tickets never arrived and right now I'm waiting for the refund.

This site was by far the most inconvenient. My delivery date has been changed 3 times and now I will receive my tickets hours before my event. Trying to get hold of Vivid Seats to talk to someone is always next to impossible. I was on hold for approximately 45 minutes the first time I called. As expected, they have a no refund policy. I don't know how companies can get away with these policies. I bought 4 tickets to a show that was supposed to happen in May , not February It is a kid-oriented show, and my two kids don't even like the performer anymore.

I reached out to my local state attorney general's office for consumer protection for help. They reached out to Vivid Seats, but all Vivid Seats does is ignore their requests for communication. In doing so, my only option is to now hire a lawyer to try and get compensated. I plan on never buying tickets from Vivid Seats again and recommend no one else buy tickets from them.

I bought some tickets twice because the website show an error: "Tickets are not available at this time", and it redirected me to the creation flow. Have we gotten it They won't return our emails. Vivid seats now claims I get a store credit. We agreed to pay it because it was the Rolling Stones. They proved, in the 8 pages of their terms and conditions that we agreed only canceled concerts get a full refund.

They offer store credit but I want my money back. We will never see the concert and will never get out money back. Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase anything from Vivid Seats! Big time scam. All they care about is money. The Nuggets office assure me that my tickets were never delivered to me. Forget their guaranty — it is worthless. The people at the box office had no information about my tickets, they were very helpful, took about 20 minutes but nothing was sent from Vivid or anyone else. I contact Vivid and they tell me they sent me a link. A link that had no seat numbers so nothing would be honored. I tried to get a hold of Vivid and 45 minutes later, nothing.

I tried to get my money back and their customer service guarantee means nothing. You can only dispute something via text, so that was a joy as all I got were messages that were already typed out and got hung up on text at least 7 times.

In the end, I have to dispute it with my credit card company. They simply are dishonest and suck! I would skip something before I would use them.

Something went wrong with a transaction and VS ugly nature reveled itself. After calling them for over 1 month and being continually transferred to the wrong person, i wrote them an email and sent a hard copy letter to their corporate office.

They did not respond to either. It got to the point that I had to file complaints with Illinois AG office as well as the Illinois office that processes discrimination complaints. I understood the ticket price, but not the full cost. After calling them today they did expedite things for overnight delivery, but it took a phone call to get that. Going through their chat service and emailing them produced no results. I had to call customer service 4 separate times over the course of the 4 hours leading up to the play and was continually told that my tickets should arrive within the next 30 minutes — 1 hour.
